Accessibility statement

We aim for welcomefinance.ie to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That covers clear text, good colour contrast, keyboard access, descriptive links and form labels, and pages that work with screen readers and when zoomed in.

Yes, that is part of our aim. You should be able to reach every link, menu, calculator and form using a keyboard alone, and screen readers should announce headings, buttons and form fields clearly. We test with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers and fix problems as we find them.

Yes. If you need a page, form or document in another format, such as larger print or a plain text version, or would prefer to apply over the phone, contact us and we will help. Our team can complete the application with you by phone.

This statement was last reviewed in October 2026. We review it whenever we make significant changes to the site, and at least once a year, and update it if we find issues we cannot fix straight away. Tell us about any problem you find.
