Who can become a partner?
Accountants, tax advisers, bookkeepers and business consultants who work with Irish limited companies. You introduce a client, with their permission, and we take it from there, keeping you informed with your client’s consent. We only work with LTD, DAC, PLC and ULC companies borrowing for business purposes.
Do you pay introducer commission or referral fees?
No. We do not pay commission or referral fees to accountants, advisers or anyone else who introduces a client. That keeps your recommendation independent. Our only income is lender commission; we do not charge clients a fee.
Which clients can you help?
Irish limited companies that need unsecured or short-term business loans, working capital, tax-bill funding through a general business loan, merchant cash advances, revenue-based finance, stock finance or trade finance. Our panel is 365 Finance, Flurish, Linked Finance, Treyd and Triffin. Start-ups registered as limited companies can apply, although options may be fewer. Sole traders and partnerships cannot apply through us.
Will you contact my client without permission?
No. We only contact clients who have agreed to be introduced, and we follow Irish direct marketing rules. Please confirm your client is happy to hear from us before you pass on their details. Your client can ask us to stop contacting them at any time.
Can you help clients refused by their bank?
Often, yes. We can also explain the Credit Review Service.
How do I refer a client?
Call +353 1 536 9910 or email support@welcomefinance.ie, and we will set up a short introduction call. Your client can also apply directly at app.welcomefinance.ie and mention your name. We usually reply within 4 business hours and keep you updated, with your client’s consent.
Do you give my clients tax or financial advice?
No. We are a commercial finance broker, not a financial adviser, and we do not give financial, tax or legal advice. We explain offers and what lenders need. Tax treatment, accounting and whether borrowing suits the company remain matters for you as their adviser, and we recommend legal advice before any personal guarantee.
