When finance completes, the lender usually pays us a commission. The amount can differ between lenders and products. You can ask us at any time how much commission we will receive for an offer.

Do I pay Welcome Finance anything?
No. When finance completes, the lender pays us a commission. We do not charge your company a fee and never ask for payment upfront.
When is the commission paid, and by whom?
The lender pays our commission after your finance completes and the funds are paid to your company. It is paid by the lender, not added as a separate charge from us. The lender’s own rate and fees are shown in its offer, so always compare the total amount repayable.
Does commission affect which lender you put forward?
We put forward applications to lenders whose criteria fit your company’s needs. Commission can differ between lenders and products, and you can ask us at any time how much we would receive for any offer. You are always free to choose a different offer, or none at all.
Can I find out how much commission you will receive?
Yes. Ask us before you accept any offer and we will tell you the amount, or how it is worked out, for that lender and product. We never hide commission from a client who asks. This applies whether the lender pays a set amount or a percentage of the finance.
What if the finance doesn’t complete?
If your finance does not complete, the lender pays us no commission and you owe us nothing. You are never out of pocket for an application that does not go ahead.
Is anyone else paid for introducing my company?
No. We do not pay commission or referral fees to accountants, advisers or anyone else who introduces a client to us. The only payment we receive is lender commission.
